GRAVIS MARINE is an industrial, smart LED lighting fixture, designed specifically to work in extreme marine conditions and in the offshore industry. Thanks to the use of a housing made of stainless steel AISI 316L, the fixture is exceptionally resistant to corrosion caused by salt aerosols, oils, chemical suspensions and other aggressive substances commonly found on ships, drilling platforms and transshipment terminals.
The high degree of protection IP66/IP67 and mechanical durability IK10 ensure reliable operation in environments with high salinity, humidity, and increased chemical aggressiveness. The appropriately selected optics, made of chemical-resistant polycarbonate (PC), protect the internal components and limit glare, providing comfortable and efficient illumination of workspaces on ship decks, drilling platforms, and technical rooms.
Thanks to the use of LED technology with a light efficacy of up to 150 lm/W, the GRAVIS MARINE fixture provides high energy efficiency while maintaining the optimal lighting parameters required in the marine and offshore industry. The durability of the light sources reaching 100,000 hours (L80B10) guarantees long and faultless operation under demanding conditions.
The GRAVIS MARINE fixture has been designed for indoor and outdoor applications, with particular emphasis on industrial, chemical and marine environments. It is perfect for low production halls, warehouses, technical rooms, as well as on ships and drilling platforms, where there is a very high corrosivity (class C4-C5) and exposure to chemicals, oils, salted moisture, dust and other aggressive environmental factors. Thanks to its highly resistant structure, the fixture provides reliable operation in demanding industrial and marine conditions. The possibility of surface-mounting or mixed mounting ensures installation flexibility and easy integration with different types of building structures, spatial systems, and deck infrastructure.
